Liked: Very clean, Very good staff
Disliked: Heavy doors leading into room, including the bathroom

Liked: Comfortable bed.
Disliked: The woman checking us in upon arrival was rude and we could not understand her. She held her hand in front of her mouth when she talked and was rude with her responses. She incorrectly transacted my card saying it was declined but then tried again and there was no issue. She was very unpleasant.

Liked: Room size and amenities. Bed was comfortable. TV channel selection was great! Breakfast & bar in the lobby. Central location to casino, Mystic, New London area.
Disliked: Room smelled of smoke!!!!!

Adequate accomodation. Will not use...
Disliked: Never received emailed bill summary. Erroneous 3 dollar room charge. Just used room to sleep. Didn't use anything but still got charged 3 dollars. Still don't know what for.

Very overwhelmingly bad
Liked: I showed up to my reservation , waited for a little over 35 minutes at front desk after ringing bell every 5 minutes (7 times) for someone to check me in . After I got checked in I went to my room to find out that I didn’t have a whirlpool in my room as promised in feature , went back down to lobby right away to wait another 10 minutes at front desk . The guy didn’t even remember me after just 15 minutes of checking in with him . Told him I didn’t have a whirlpool . He argued with me saying that he couldn’t give me a whirlpool , insisting that I call booking and get that situated with booking . He finally got me into a different room with a whirlpool after showing him my booking information on phone and showing him the price I paid for the room with whirlpool . After changing rooms I turned on whirlpool to find out the jets were not working . I called the front desk this time hoping someone different would answer the phone and the guy answered the phone and told me “ sir it seems like your trying to be difficult” i just hung up the phone . Wasn’t going to go back and forth with this guy anymore . The hotel was doing renovations , so at 6 a.m. all you can hear is hammering and a sanding machine going all the way until 11 a.m. overall not a great experience , very upset about the whole experience . It was also my 3 year anniversary with my wife so it was just very overwhelmingly bad .

Liked: Nice man who ran the dining room.
Disliked: breakfast from the menu? The pancakes tasted like the ones they usually have on buffets--from the mix.
