Short and brief.

Liked: The front desk person was great. She was friendly, polite and very informative.
Disliked: That Booking.com booked me on the wrong day. Booking.com wasn't even close to the rate of hotel. The hotel was full booked for the day I booked. Booking.com didn't want to refund me my money after they booked me on the wrong day. I was told at the front desk that I wasn't the only one that night that Booking.com did this to.
