Overpaid and Underwhelmed

Liked: The staff were extremely pleasant, and welcoming. When we arrived to our floor the carpets smelled really bad. Thankfully like room didn’t smell. Unfortunately, the room was dated. I mean the 1990’s . The chair in the room was a little lopsided. For the price point and the “Hilton brand “, I was extremely disappointed l, and underwhelmed.

The Hampton inn is better

Liked: Stayed in the accessible room. It was a fight I. And out the bathroom all 5 days, humps in the floor and door ways smh thank goodness I had someone here to help me. I was unable to get into the bed on my own just a little to high. The bathroom was tight and definitely not very clean. The kids loved the pool and hot tub.

Overall I enjoyed my stay

Liked: Quick check in and clean
Disliked: I thought the room would be bigger. Also didn't know they put a hold on the room for $50 per night .
