Disliked: Offered breakfast served in the Italian restaurant only offered choice of 3 egg dishes, and filter coffee. Cappuccino and other item had to be paid extra.Hotel on a busy highway

bad experience

Disliked: The cleaning staff of this hotel might be a "thief". Just 5 minutes after I checked out, I found a box of macarons for my daughter was left in the refrigerator. When I asked the room key and went back, it was gone. Only 5 minutes, and nothing cleaned in the room. The staff in the corridor said she didn't know anything!

Liked: The location and the level of cleanliness are good.
Disliked: It took the receptionist 40 minutes to get us checked in despite coming in at 6 pm. We were informed that no rooms were available by then as they were getting cleaned. Besides, there were no boiler nor tea bags in the room and they refused to provide any unlike the rest of the hotels.

Liked: The accommodation, the view, were beautiful and very comfortable.
Disliked: The pass under the bridge to walk to the hotel from the metro felt unsafe at night. There is no direct side walk leading to the front door.
