Disliked: Called weeks in advance to make sure we had a cot for our third guest. Was told it was done but when we showed up they had none - buddy had to sleep on the floor.

Liked: The staff is exceptionalThe restaurant has delicious meals, We had Steak as main meal, my hat to the chef.Waitress/waiter very friendly and professional.The room was awesome and very clean.Love the underground parking.
Disliked: The only thing I can think of, would be that the walls and ceiling are not thick, you can hear some noise from next to you or from the level above, but nothing to complain about. you can only hear if your room is quiet.
