My room had 24/7 mechanical clunking intermittent noises which drove me crazy. Asked about another room but place was full. Asked for walking directions at desk multiple times, but got almost totally wrong answers. Had diamond level but paid for breakfast and internet which apparently would have been free. Asked about a business center for computer access but didn't have one. Listing said place had shuttles but I found out it was only to/from hospitals - would be nice to have online listings say this because I needed it and it helped me decide to stay there. Ate at breakfast "buffet" and half the items were empty, so unavailable. One poor person was running ragged trying to serve guests and do food and drink, and it was too much. No plates or silver for buffet. I could go on and on...if I am up there again I will look your place up :)

Disliked: Check in!! I requested rooms close together and that didn't happen. Both rooms were attached to a joining room and they couldn't make that happen either. The website stated free parking. When we got there, I was charged 30$ and the onsite ramp was full, so I had to park across the street.

Liked: Breakfast was bad and not enough staff to run coffee and restaurant. Only one staff?Was limited to a $12 mostly empty buffet. Will not stay there again. This was supposed to be a HILTON ? Parking was great.
Disliked: No food. No food close by. Bring a cooler there is a microwave. You will need it.

Poor

Liked: Disliked parking, paying extra for breakfast and hidden fees. Ice machine was disgusting and rooms had no garbage bags and showers were dirty. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.

The place was nice, but...

Liked: Decor hotel was cute Place is clean.
Disliked: Was charged thirty dollars for parking, but there was no space in the underground parking.So I had to park at the hospital, and they still charged me the same. Matt quest had a hard time finding this hotel. It was difficult to figure out what the entrance point.
