We had no issues with the hotel, but felt it was somewhat overpriced due to the downtown location. We were treated courteously, but as mentioned above, did not appreciate having to cough up an extra $24 for parking. We are retired and on a fixed income, so would have liked to have been advised of this beforehand. We really didn't think the hotel was anything outstanding, and it seems as though you are mostly paying for the "Hilton" name. Should we return to Minneapolis in the future, we will likely choose a different lodging site.

Liked: The room was comfortable, quiet and immaculate.
Disliked: We were unaware of the mandatory $24 valet parking fee and that was an unpleasant surprise.

Excellent accommodation. Restaurant and bar hours could be extended. Colton at the front desk always went way beyond expectations! Centrally located.

The hotel stay was very pleasant. Loved the front area. Decorated beautifully and everyone was very friendly. All in all I would stay here again.

All in all this was a very nice hotel. I would stay here again. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious enough for 4 adults.

Disliked: The driving service they have available for guests was ok. The valet parking only was a little upsetting.

Disliked: The fact that we paid so much and breakfast was not even included

Disliked: The beds were not very comfortable and it was valet parking only which was an extra cost that wasn’t initially part of the plan but overall was decent

Easy checkin, bar sucked

Disliked: We stopped at the bar/restaurant after the Vikings game , 2 guys working, had to go up to the bar to order and get drinks, not convenient and spent 11 dollars on a drink in a plastic cup 3/4 full looked like someone had drink out of it , that sucked !!!!! Bad service

The manager with the glasses...

Liked: ThursdayIt was a (mid day manager there to help me.She wore glasses. Very helpful lady. She helped me with the tv remote & DID NOT have an attitude about it. I think the night crew should have chairs after 9pm that’s a lot on the crew being on their feet all day.Friday Another crew member let me borrow some sessors and she DID NOT have an attitude about it.I love a crew that love their job. The bar food is good and fresh. I also grab some snacks that total $13 include a sandwich, chips,Gatorade.Pool is good and the gym is good tooThanks guys Poody
