Liked: It was very clean and Clint who works at the front desk was very accommodating and nice.

The hotel was old but very beautiful. I loved looking at all the old buildings in the blocks surrounding the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Just a couple minutes walk to a lot of locations, such as the Riverside Theater or the Safe House. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Liked: The hotel was very pretty. I really liked that I didn't hear any noise. Usually at hotels, I hear people outside the room, doors shutting, people next door in their room. People above you... I didn't hear anything and it was great
Disliked: The bed could have been a little more comfortable, but it's a hotel... The lighting could have been a little better too.

Beautiful historic building with modern...

Liked: This beautiful historic building, with its modern day comforts, makes for a fabulous hotel and was a pleasure to stay in. The staff were wonderful - warm welcome from Reception, friendly and cheery housekeeping in the morning, and the valet parking guy (sorry I don't have his name) was fabulous. Only stayed 1 night as we were on our way home to the UK via Chicago, but wish we could have stayed longer.

Liked: Location and building were beautiful. Room was spotless and we had a great welcome note from our housekeeper, Sharde'.
Disliked: Front desk staff did not stand to greet us at check in or check out. They were not overly friendly and did not ask us about our stay.

Disliked: Nothing
