Liked: The room was very comfortable. The pool was nice.
Disliked: Everything was nice. I have no complaints.

Liked: Great location. Overall has a friendly staff, decently clean. I’d stay again but would try and find something cheaper for the same experience first.
Disliked: Well although the staff was friendly, there was an issue checking in. The receptionist charged my card for the entire stay and the security deposit. I had already paid online two weeks before. It was an easy fix- she returned the funds to my account and then charged only for the security deposit. Definitely should not have happened though.

Liked: The staff here were so superb, they were very kind, very attentive and helped with so much! The facilities were relatively clean and nice, they’re a little old and dirty but not so bad. The breakfast buffet is WAY overpriced, but they had a washer dryer for about $3. a load and they also had a pool indoors. For what we needed it was a good deal in a decent location.
Disliked: The property is a little on the older side and could use with a deep cleaning of the carpeting. The beds need sheets that actually stay on, and the pillows could use a refresh, but other than that it was nice.

Liked: Great front desk staff and great service at breakfast.
Disliked: I had two room changes. The first room had dirty pillow cases, and a sheet that did not fit the bed.The second room had a comforter full of human hair.I was upgraded to a suite. Cleaner than the first two, only found a hair in the bathroom, but the sheets were still not big enough for the king mattress. Found that this is a common complaint in the hotel. 4 nights I had to Jerry rig the sheet to stay on the bed.
