Disliked: Good evening, I made a reservation from 10/30/24 to 10/31/24 for seven rooms, which I quickly canceled due to traffic jams and stayed the night at your Hilton hotel in Bologna, €292 was withdrawn from my account and has not been returned to date! The next night from 31.10.24 to 1.11.24 we stayed at your place in rooms 110 and 111, until today I have not received the invoice that I promised to send from the reception, which incorrectly indicated the company's data and promised to send it to my email. Liked: Location, just around corner was Metro Station, garage, comfortable, quality breakfast and friendly staff
Disliked: As a family, my kids stayed on another room 2 floors down. No drinks in room.
