Liked: The room where the breakfast is offered is spacious and does offer different options for the guests.We were there with our kids, and they found the waffle machine very interesting because it could be used by the guests to make their own waffles and they loved that experience!
Disliked: It would be nice if the hotel did provide bottled still water in the room.

Liked: Its my second time staying at Hilton Hotel and I really love it, for me is very important that my car is in safe place. Metro station is very close and you can reach to the Duomo so easily. Breakfast is very delicious, big rooms. Definitely will come back again.

Disliked: The accommodation is excellent, the staff is wonderful, but the maintenance of the bathroom is not up to the expected standard.The water does not drain quickly from the sink, and the same issue is present in the shower cabin. Around the shower cabin, there are accumulated deposits that have not been cleaned for a long time. It is necessary for the personnel responsible for hygiene and maintenance to do their job properly.Additionally, the room did not have slippers, nor any kind of toiletries set in the bathroom, such as a shower cap, makeup remover sticks, cotton pads, a sewing kit, etc. – all the items that are typically expected in a hotel room.
