Liked: The staff in the restaurant were amazing!! Especially the woman from Guadalajara, I didn't get her name. And the young man cooking.
Disliked: Conference room was too cold

Liked: Everything about it was amazing. The people were really good, very willing to help us out where we needed.
Disliked: The pour water pressure.

Disliked: Weak water pressure, cold biscuits and gravy for breakfast.

Disliked: We have stayed at several Hiltons and breakfast is always included. This morning we were checking out and my kids decided to grab something quick before we hit the road. The lady working loudly and rudely asked my husband if we paid for the breakfast in front of a busy lobby and people eating. Everyone staring at us. He said he didn’t know we had and he assumed it was included as it usually is and told her that when we checked in the front desk didn’t mention it. Just told us what time breakfast started. We offed to pay for the 2 items our kids got and she rudely said just forget it and rolled her eyes. Never been more aggravated and humiliated in my life. Will not return!

Liked: Was very clean, breakfast was wonderful.
Disliked: Requested a walk in shower for my handicap mother and that was not reflected on my reservation.
