Disappointing

Disliked: No water when we arrived for about 45 minutes, water barely gets hot enough to take comfortable shower, came up to my room after being out with family and my room key had been deactivated, desk clerk said he had know idea what that happened but came up with new key, used to serve free breakfast, now you charge for it!!

Disliked: The shower was broken, we had to change rooms and the shower in the new room leaked out onto the floor. The tile in front of the shower popped up and was then another tripping hazard.
