Disliked: Elevators not working, ice machines broken on three floors, grill not staffed. No dog walk area

Wake up, front desk.

Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: The bed frame sticks out from the mattress making sitting on the side and getting in and out of the bed uncomfortable. The elevators call buttons weren't working, so you had to call the front desk to push the button to get the elevator to go up when leaving the room. When I had to leave at 4 am, nobody answered the phone at the front desk. I am disabled and going down the stairs was uncomfortable for me.
