Staff was wonderful and rooms were clean; continental breakfast was good.

Not enough “bang for the...

Liked: Clean. Hot water. Nice pool.
Disliked: Never had to pay for a continental breakfast before at any other Hilton! Gratuity was included in the check when we “served ourselves” breakfast. That is ridiculous! AC in our room did not work. Our balcony had no seating and stared directly at a highway overpass. When we asked staff what there was to do in the area or where we could go to for dinner, they were not helpful and had no answers.

Liked: The staff member at the front desk named Tia was excellent. Tia was very professional,accommodating,listened to all our concerns and very very very helpful.
Disliked: The room was a little too cold.
