Decent stay, obviously the hotel...

Liked: Location was great for work travelBreakfast was all turkey meat so did not eat after first day realizing this.
Disliked: Housekeeping - stated that they clean rooms the 2nd day but on the 3rd day around 3 pm my dirty towels were gone but the room was not cleaned. I called and received towels later that afternoon.Housekeeping - when finally cleaning on the 4th day the bathroom floor was not mopped and the coffee items were not replenished.Breakfast - Made to order breakfast starting at 6 am was not ready until 6:15 and all meat was turkey meat? No made to order eggs available that first day. Did not get breakfast after that day.

Disappointing & not a value...

Liked: LocationSylvia was on property when we arrived & recognized issues we were experiencing in the restaurant & did her best to make it right
Disliked: Air conditioning didn’t work in room, shower constantly dripped, room door locked open before checkout. Front desk staff was pleasant but could not remedy obvious shortcomings but did their best to accommodate. Restaurant staff poorly trained & extremely slow both in the evening for cocktails & breakfast. Breakfast buffet disappointing & not worth $14 for depleted offerings
