The hotel is beautiful; the staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very clean. My only complaint and I realize this is very subjective, was the extreme firmness of the mattress. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, but I would bring a sleeping pill. :)
Liked: Friendly staff; very clean hotel.
Disliked: I have slept on softer rocks.

Paid extra for a room with a King bed. Did not get that room. Front desk help was the most vile person I have dealt with - she needs to be looking for a new job.

Disliked: Did not have the correct room I booked when we arrived.

Liked: I didn't like anything about this facility!
Disliked: Our stay at this hotel was beyond unacceptable. The cleanliness was horrendous—hallways smelled like dog, and our room was absolutely disgusting. There was poop on the walls, the lock had a nasty substance on it, the shower tub floor was black with grime, the darin had someone's hair still clogged and baseboards were covered in piles of dirt. Sink had toothpaste spit on backslash. The towels smelled like dog, and the one-ply toilet paper was just the cherry on top. The condition of the room was shocking—duct tape holding electrical wires, and the white blankets had black specks and crumbs. Pillows are extremely old, the old feathers made the pillow hard and very flat. Nasty The pool area was unsafe, with rusting equipment leaking rust water into the pool. To top it all off, we experienced an unexpected evacuation around 7 AM due to fire alarms going off, forcing us to wait in the cold while the fire department took over 10 minutes to arrive. Key card issues were another frustration—ours wouldn’t work for the pool or gym, and even after getting a new set, they still didn’t work. Also noticed a review 2 years ago stated a sex traffic sting took place during thier stay! For the price, this was beyond disappointing—especially considering Drury Inn costs less and provides a much better experience. Will never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone. Avoid this place!

Liked: Disappointed with Billing and Customer ServiceI recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn and was initially impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room and facilities. However, my positive experience quickly soured when I discovered I was charged for three nights instead of one.When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, I was told the manager was “too busy” to even speak with me. I understand that hotel staff can be busy, but ignoring a guest’s valid concern is completely unacceptable. Thankfully, Ms. Jennifer stepped in and handled the situation quickly and professionally—she was the only bright spot in this frustrating experience.I expected better from Hilton when it comes to customer service. While the hotel itself was nice, I won’t be returning if this is how they handle billing mistakes.
