Excellent hotel, would definitely recommend...

Liked: Walking distance to Beale Street and across the street from baseball stadium . Beds and pillows were super comfy and the bathroom was like a mini spa. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Parking is expensive, it would be nice if included with room.

Very pleasant , I would...

Liked: The employees was very nice, from the desk clerks, the bar tenders, the cooks, they spent time with us, while we had questions about different places to get food and different entertainment that goes on , my grandkids also enjoyed it, cause there was a pool available. I will visit again. It was also great that we was able to just sit in the lobby area with my family and socialize, thank your staff for being very professional and inviting to us.
Disliked: Paying for the parking, that should be included in the stay , and we thought the breakfast was a free continental breakfast. But we enjoyed staying here.

Disliked: A continental breakfast would have been nice. Price of buffet breakfast was a bit higher than expected.

Great location great time

Liked: The buffet was not open an was not posted or told it wasn’t had to try to go get breakfast and then make it back for check out. No hot tub. Pool was crowded.
