Disliked: My room was located directly across from the housekeeping office. Every morning starting around seven it was like having a Telenovela playing outside my door.

Liked: Lots of hot water, good water pressure, comfy beds and linens, clean
Disliked: Called hotel the day before our stay to double check on swimming pool availability. (I chose this hotel specifically for its pool. My granddaughter is very much into swimming.) George, the desk clerk on duty, ASSURED me that the hotel indoor, heated pool was open. When we arrived the next day, the pool was closed AND HAD BEEN FOR A FEW DAYS. We were told that the pump was broken. The desk clerk on duty told us we could cross a few parking lots (in our bathing suits during 20 degree temperatures - exiting wet to go back to our hotel was a real treat) and use the pool in a nearby hotel. At this pool there seemed to be some sort of family party going on. A small bar had been set up by these people - bottles of alcohol and glassware were arranged on a small table along with some snacks. One gentleman was noticeably inebriated. The stench of chlorine was so strong that both my granddaughter and I had teary eyes from the fumes. To add insult to injury, there were no towels.

This was the worst experience....

Liked: I didn't have a breakfast here because the staff coldly said no breakfast when I asked him.
Disliked: The AC of outdoor and indoor made noises whole night. I turned off the indoor one but I couldn't control the outside one. The worst thing is that a people knocked our door 2 times and then tried to open the door. It was around 10am and made us very nervous. He left after I said loudly "who are you ". I opened the door a little and I saw he was a staff with a uniform. Additionally, there weren't any bottles of water in the room and not coffee in the lobby.
