Good hotel and restaurant
Liked: Room was spacious and clean, restaurant was good.

Liked: Not much to like rooms were dirty had ants crawling all around
Disliked: No Free breakfast for how expensive the rooms are.

Punished for being courteous.
Liked: We checked in late due to driving 10 hours. Arrived 12:45 am. At 2:39 am our neighbors in the room next to us came in their room and started partying loud rap music, loud vulgar language. At 3:15 I called the manager he went to their room. They turned down the music. Then after he left, they got much louder and worse. Called the manager again and he moved our room. Why did we have to move at 3:45 am. I asked the manager to comp our room. He told me you got to go to sleep. Really? From 4am to 6 am I shopped on Amazon and finished my Christmas shopping. That morning I had to drive to Sacramento. We were punished for being quiet and respectful. At 70 plus we had to pack up all of our things and move rooms because of someone else’s outrageous behavior. Which by the way the manager positively reinforced the loud, rude, rowdy hotel guests by letting them continue to be rude and disrespectful. Didn’t sleep a wink, stayed awake till the sun came up and went down to the lobby and drank coffee to get ready to drive all day.
