Punished for being courteous.

Liked: We checked in late due to driving 10 hours. Arrived 12:45 am. At 2:39 am our neighbors in the room next to us came in their room and started partying loud rap music, loud vulgar language. At 3:15 I called the manager he went to their room. They turned down the music. Then after he left, they got much louder and worse. Called the manager again and he moved our room. Why did we have to move at 3:45 am. I asked the manager to comp our room. He told me you got to go to sleep. Really? From 4am to 6 am I shopped on Amazon and finished my Christmas shopping. That morning I had to drive to Sacramento. We were punished for being quiet and respectful. At 70 plus we had to pack up all of our things and move rooms because of someone else’s outrageous behavior. Which by the way the manager positively reinforced the loud, rude, rowdy hotel guests by letting them continue to be rude and disrespectful. Didn’t sleep a wink, stayed awake till the sun came up and went down to the lobby and drank coffee to get ready to drive all day.

Liked: The room was clean the comforter was thicker than most hotels
Disliked: My bed was very noisy. The box spring sounded broken

Liked: Very neat and clean.
Disliked: Everything was very nice with one exception. Our room was directly above some kind of intake/exhaust motor maybe for heating that ran all night and kept me awake. It was a continuous loud motor sound. Not good. Do they give this room to people who book and pay through a third party????

Liked: Location, close to freeway, spacious room, nice bed!
Disliked: The lobby was cold, the sitting area is located by the door. It’s not warm/cozy/comfortable to sit there. I was planning to do my work there, but had to go to my room. Was glad there was an “office space in the room” though. During breakfast there was only one lady working, so had to wait for coffee, it was empty for a while and waited for potatoes, it was empty too.

Liked: We did not stay for breakfast but it smelled delicious. We ate dinner at the bar and Grill. And it was very good and the staff was great.
Disliked: There was nothing we didn’t like
