Superb

Hugely disappointing

Disliked: We've been staying here since it was a Sofitel, then a Pullman, and it was always great. Great staff, everything. Since Hilton took it over, the rooms have been re-done, which is great, but our last visit, two weeks ago, the heat was not working anywhere, not in the rooms, not in the bar/restaurant, and we learned it had been like this all winter. Totally ridiculous. The reception staff are barely welcoming, and the restaurant is about the same. A real pity, as it had been such a good hotel.

Liked: Bathroom was modern and clean. Bedroom had all needed. Bed super comfortable. Loved the couch next to the bed. Great dinner option.

Disliked: The restaurant food was average

Liked: spacious. Clean. Well organized.
Disliked: The heating could be better in the room.

Excellent hotel - perfect location...

Liked: The staff were extremely friendly and always helpful (particularly Julian). The room upgrades are excellent as were the dining areas. We didn't get a chance to use them, but the gym and spa areas were immaculately clean too.

Terrible service!

Liked: The location to the airport was the purpose for booking the hotel.
Disliked: The hotel is a 4 minute drive from the hotel with a shuttle. The shuttle took 45min to arrive. The next day the electricity went out with no wheelchair access other than the elevator.
