Liked: The guy at the check in counter. The room sizes. And the common room.
Disliked: The lady who worked at the front desk at night, very rude. Hot tub was kinda dirty

Liked: Twice we had someone from the hotel staff walk into our room unannounced. They didn’t knock just unlocked the door and walked in.
Disliked: Lack of safety and privacy. I was traveling alone with my children and the first time an older male employee walked into our room and the second time it was a female. It made me feel very unsafe and we ended up leaving early.

Liked: Our windows overlooked the Festival of lights below. It was magical for the grandkids.
Disliked: tub was very high to step over and very slick on the bottom.Would like a recliner or chair with a footrest.

Strange. Nice lobby and location

Disliked: As we approached our room door was latched opened & We were told by a guy cleaning hallway carpets that our room carpets were going to be cleaned in 45 min. This is AFTER we already checked in. After seeing our facial expressions they decided to skip our room carpet. No kidding!! We had to move furniture back in place as well.Room was not stocked with cups, coffee pods etc either. Had to go get our stuff.
