Disliked: I was traveling with 4 children…got a noise complaint called on us at 7 pm

Strange. Nice lobby and location

Disliked: As we approached our room door was latched opened & We were told by a guy cleaning hallway carpets that our room carpets were going to be cleaned in 45 min. This is AFTER we already checked in. After seeing our facial expressions they decided to skip our room carpet. No kidding!! We had to move furniture back in place as well.Room was not stocked with cups, coffee pods etc either. Had to go get our stuff.

Disliked: Staff on check in was not friendly. Breakfast was an extra charge to the tune of $17. No signs up as to what door to go in when in parking lot. Check in desk is hard to find.

Disliked: Upon checking in, Jace wasn’t very friendly and gave us no information on parking or the restaurant, no personality.

Disliked: Room had a musty smell!! Desk was falling apart, poor lighting! Room rate was very high for room I was staying in.

Disliked: Channel lineup lacked sports coverage. Breakfast was way too expensive for what was offered. It should have been complimentary.
