Good value for money, would...

Liked: The guy at the check in counter. The room sizes. And the common room.
Disliked: The lady who worked at the front desk at night, very rude. Hot tub was kinda dirty

Liked: Twice we had someone from the hotel staff walk into our room unannounced. They didn’t knock just unlocked the door and walked in.
Disliked: Lack of safety and privacy. I was traveling alone with my children and the first time an older male employee walked into our room and the second time it was a female. It made me feel very unsafe and we ended up leaving early.

Liked: Our windows overlooked the Festival of lights below. It was magical for the grandkids.
Disliked: tub was very high to step over and very slick on the bottom.Would like a recliner or chair with a footrest.

Liked: Everything is nice and clean, the staff are nice and attentive. I’ve stayed here before and I wanted to come back in case I was driving through.
