Great Stay but Bad Food

Liked: Our stay was great! The pool was well taken care of, the fire pit was awesome and the facility was very clean. Loved the fact you had to use your key card to access EVERYTHING. Including the elevators.
Disliked: Everything was great other than dinner We ate at the hotel restaurant and the shrimp apps we got were burnt and not discounted, refunded or replaced and the cheeseburgers were frozen patties that did not tastes very good at all. We were so turned off by the dinner we would not try the breakfast.

Expensive and did not earn...

Liked: I booked my hotel room online when I got to the hotel I was told my points will not apply since I booked it on line. This was the first time I heard this and that made me very disappointed.
Disliked: Room

Fine property and beautiful facility.

Liked: Nice hotel.
Disliked: My only complaint …I had to search for someone to check me in upon arrival. The guy at the front desk said he was helping a lady with a car issue.
