Disliked: The worst experience ever. Property is good but staff was horrible. We booked it for 4 days with breakfast. Upon arrival the staff said no you don’t have breakfast included. We were tired when arrived so we let it go and the next day when i asked again he was not ready to believe it even though I showed him my booking with breakfast. There were loud noises coming from ac and bathroom so we requested room change. Then there were no body wash and conditioner, we asked to replace in morning to the front desk but i wasn’t replaced by evening, and even the next day. Then we ended up asking room cleaning on floor and they were nice and replaced it immediately

I LOVED but hated it...

Liked: I liked the room itself and the mattresses were comfortable.
Disliked: I did not receive my security deposit back. I stayed from May 8-9 and may 10-11. Never received my security deposit back....The air conditioner did a loud hum for about 2 hrs when it turned on.
