Very Unhappy and would like...

Liked: The Friday night bartender she was very friendly and accommodating to make the cocktails I requested.
Disliked: 1. Requested housekeeping A. No housekeeping B. No bath towels as I requested. I was told I'd need to come down and get them, we'll they didn't have them when I went down to get them. I was told there were no clean towels. I was told that someone would bring me bath towels in the morning, well that didn't happen. I and my guest had to use our damp face tags to dry off the excess water from bathing. Once we were fully dressed someone brought us face tags and hand towels NO BATH TOWELS!BREAKFAST A. There was no coffee at 8:30am in the morning, and they weren't making anymore coffee. B. I've stayed at 3-star hotels that offer a completely free breakfast with omelets included. I went to get a pen to fill out the omelet form, but was told don't worry about it the cook said he'd remember what I wanted. I thought okay it shouldn't be a problem since my guest & I were the only ones ordering. Well as you guessed it, he got it wrong. I told him No bell peppers and you guessed it bell peppers were in it. Bell peppers make me sick. Gee thanks cook! I went to get grits and there was 4 inches of water in the grits warmer with grits sitting on the bottom of the container. I stirred it to only be stirring water. It really looked like they put water in the pot to loosen the dried up tensing grits off the sides of the container.3 other hotel guests wanted coffee, but were told there wasn't any coffee.The eggs looked like powdered eggs. Yuck!The potatoes weren't cooked properly, under cooked. They were obviously frozen potatoes too begin with. The cook reached in the sausage warmer and took a sausage and popped it in his mouth in front of us.The server has no interest in is until the cook brought us our bill. He came over ill dressed in a shirt that was two sizes too small for him, his stomach / gut was hanging out and we could see it. Obviously that means his pants weren't pulled up not fitting properly...

Liked: Age- oldest TripAdvisor reviews were 2021 which indicates that the property is less than 5 years old.
Disliked: 1- Traffic noise is horrendous. Having noticed that comment in prior reviews, I specified a room facing away from I-565 but was provided the opposite. In fairness to the desk clerk, I neglected to re- specify that request at the time of check- in which was my mistake. 2- Though I specified 2 adults when reserving, the desk clerk only provided one breakfast voucher. It would have been less disappointing had she provided none.3- Inside the room, the cosmetic cover for one of the ceiling mounted fire sprinklers was missing, revealing a jagged and unsightly hole in the drywall around the sprinkler device. 4- The 4th floor ice machine was not working. 5- Management chose not to provide any complimentary bottled water which is always a welcome touch at competing hotels. 6- In the bathroom, not one but two of the liquid soap/ shampoo dispensers were totally empty. I prefer the liquid dispensers which made this all the more disappointing.
