We stayed two nights. It was so nice and quiet on our floor. What we noticed the most was the amazingly kind and attentive staff working there. We were so very happy!

Disliked: The pool was closed, and I was not notified before having time to cancel. When I asked about the pool, the staff wasn't up to date with the pool status, I overheard another customer talking about it.The lock battery to my door died. The gentleman at the desk was able to get me back in my room after a few minutes but then told me if I leave the room again, just open the lock so the door doesn't close...really? Not safe at all!The costs of the rooms should give us a free breakfast.

Liked: The proximity to Liberty University was good. The room had a microwave.
Disliked: The ice maker didn't have ice. The bathroom door handle and lock was broken. The blow dryer let out this sound that made it seem like it was about to conk out.

Disliked: Shower had mold in it and the jetted tub only had 2 jets working. Found a contact on the floor so pretty sure the place hadn't been vacuumed either

Normally good hotel in terrible...

Disliked: Almost no staff working, no towels at all in the room, wouldn’t bring anything to the room…we had to go downstairs to get the towels they didn’t put in the room. No room service available. Air conditioner didn’t work in lobby.

Great place to stay with...

Liked: Room was comfortable and clean - at the time of our stay there were maintenance issues and the First floor HVAC was out and they were working on the pool. Our room HVAC was very comfortable and they provided the shower gels/soap/lotion, which was very nice. There was ample parking and the room noise was good with the other guest. Bonus: Golden Coral was was within walking distance and provided a good supper and breakfast option. We did eat at the hotel breakfast on our last day there and the breakfast very good and the service was perfect.
Disliked: The construction to fill in the Hot-Tub was somewhat inconvenient, but understood. The pool water was a little on the cool side and the pool towels were all used from the night before, but we were able to go the frontdesk and get some to use.

Overall it was a pleasant...
