We stayed two nights. It was so nice and quiet on our floor. What we noticed the most was the amazingly kind and attentive staff working there. We were so very happy!

Liked: Our room was VERY clean; the staff were AMAZING!
Disliked: Nothing bad.

Our stay was ok. Pool...

Liked: The rooms were nice and comfortable.
Disliked: The pool was closed. I made reservations two weeks prior to stay. I called the hotel for confirmation of pool being open because my daughter and her friends wanted to spend night for her 13th birthday. The pool was I. Fact closed. The “Front Desk Manager “ , Tiger, assured me pool was open and running fine. We had to walk across two parking lots in 32degree weather to use another hotel’s pool. I was not happy.

Will not book here again...

Liked: Staff was friendly and paid attention to our needs when asked
Disliked: Hotel wasn’t the cleanest. Pool was filthy. Didn’t even try to enough it because it was green. Our room carpets were very dirty. My mother and laws room was the worse. We paid a decent price for the whole stay to have to deal with what we had to experience. Considering this were we booked to stay since we were getting married
