Good stay for work,

Liked: good location , that what i needed , food is good
Disliked: rooms is ok, but showers as bad , no water pressure and hot cold water adjuster is in poor working order, noisy ventilation in the bathroom. and for that money u still need to pay for car parking 10/day, not really wort the money spend

Liked: Large car park so parking not a problem - must rememner to register reg number at reception when paying for parking.Large comfortable twin room - very large single beds! Plenty of storage. Clean and tidy.Staff all pleasant with smiles and welcomes, all very happy to help. Breakfast was continental and had enough choices for all, lots of options and a good coffee too!
Disliked: Complimentory shower products and lotion etc very plain and lacking in fragrance, so didnt use, very glad I had packed my own! No main light in the room, only lamps which gives lots of shadowing if getting ready without daylight - the bathroom lighting was great for this tho but my mother did not like having to get ready without suitable main lighting. Once the sun is up and curtains open - plenty of natural light from the beautiful large windows.

Excellent, friendly, spotless hotel

Liked: Upon arrival the staff were super friendly. They made my check in experience such a stress free one. Lovely girls in reception desk. They went above amd beyond to facilitate my stay. The bar man James was so pleasant and very friendly also. I have travelled quite a bit and this hotel has been one of the warmest most friendliest hotels I've had the pleasure of staying at. I definitely will recommend and give the overall stay a very big 10/10. Beautiful hotel, everything you could imagine facilitated for everything you could need.

Disliked: We used to stay at this hotel regularly. Arrived at 9.25 pm checked in after 8 hour travel, told restaurant closed, why? It’s quiet. This is a Hilton hotel with a restaurant that closes at 9.30 on a Saturday. You can have a sandwich they said. No room service. When I complained the receptionist laughed in my face. I thought as this hotel has obviously deteriorated I would check, the pillows on the bed are yellow,as is the mattress. Stay at your peril.

Great hotel for an overnight...

Liked: Really helpful and friendly staff . Very attentive Food great in the restaurant Room really great . Only slight downside I couldn’t access iPlayer even though it seemed available . But not a deal breaker
