strongly suggest staying someplace, dangerous...

Liked: bed mattress is smaller then platform it rests on, platform stick out inches from mattress, a danger to anyone walking by the bed, platform edges are sharp and walking by will damage your legs, avoid hotel
Disliked: no instructions in room for thermostat, checking out, room door unlocks, one key pad did not work,,room stayed 67 degrees, would not warm up, no extra blankets, furniture a danger to customers, see notes above on dangerous furniture, really hated the stay, damaged right leg on furniture, no comment from staff of one person that was no help at all, she hardly spoke or understood english,,also elevator not working in parking garage, either walk up and down winding stairs or walk on slippery steep parking garage levels, another dangerous situation, wet and icy, easy for someone to fall, requested full refund, no response from Hilton, will force me to take other actions. pictures of damaged leg available if requested.

Disliked: The bed was probably the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in in my life. Hardly slept. Left at 4 am on check out day because I was so uncomfortable. The elevator was broken from the parking garage. We checked in Friday and there was no towel refresh or coffee pod refills. We had enough for one cup one morning.
