Liked: Room was pretty modern and very clean. Staff were very nice, friendly and responsive to our ask
Disliked: I was really disapointed to learn that there is an empty parking lot cost 5$/night right next to the hotel, after I was asked to pay 32$/night for parking at the hotel. I'm fine with charging more for service within the hotel, but 6 times higher rate without letting me know I have the alternative option felt wrong.

Liked: Location was perfect for having options. Warm pool. Hot tub was good size. Bed was decent. The hotel decor was beautiful throughout. Especially having the big Christmas tree. Staff was nice and courteous to our needs.
Disliked: The garage was messy with boxes and trash visible. The amount per night was a bit too high for my expectation. The shampoo and conditioner pumps didn't work. The outside patio had no privacy. It's open with no privacy wall. The breakfast costed $20 for 3 main hot options: eggs, sausage, potatoes.

A well priced, decent hotel...

Liked: Great location at the Marina del Rey in Venice, CA, 10 minutes walk to the beach. Decent double queen family rooms, with enough space to survive 2-3 days as a family of four. Very small bathrooms, with toilet, shower and washing table all in the same room. Our shower wasn’t working properly and got fixed instantly by a super-friendly housekeeping technician. The barman at the large hotel bar was also super friendly. Very kids-friendly and pet-friendly. Good restaurant and breakfast places within walking distance. We dis not try the hotel breakfast.
Disliked: The room and in particular the bathroom were just a bit too small to be really comfortable.
