Good location and confortable.

Liked: Very closed to QUEENZ PLAZA station.
Disliked: Sealing of shower room is slightly bad. Water leak out to outside slightly.

I will stay there again

Disliked: Did not offer microwaveable hot water cup, paper cup offered starts to burn in 50 seconds before water gets heated

Great location but noisy hotel...

Liked: Location was fantastic
Disliked: Lifts are really noisy and bang all night. Had to request sofa bed to be made up. Even after this the bedding was just dumped in the room (with items missing). Had to make bed ourselves. No bath towels provided.

Modern, clean, and conveniently located...

Liked: Very clean, and extremely convenient location. You're literally a minute from the closest subway line with a 24/7 cafe next door that serves great bagels, wraps, smoothies and all kinds of snacks. The gym facilities were great, internal laundry was a real convenience as well. Would stay here again for sure.
Disliked: Responsiveness of staff to questions via booking.com were pretty slow. We'd messaged ahead to enquire about early check in, but never got a reply. We did get to check in early when we arrived anyway so no big issue.
