Disliked: Lifts take forever then too fast to allow people to flash card and press buttons. Toilet dripped all night Shower was cold

Liked: The hotel was beautiful, the staff were very helpful, and the location to terminal 2 was amazing - literally attached to the airport by a short walkway. Made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Would definitely stay again if I'm flying from Heathrow.

Dreadful

Disliked: The bed was like sleeping on a stone slab and the pillows were lumpy. We fell asleep out of sheer exhaustion and we were not comfortable at all.
