Great, comfortable, friendly.

Liked: They were so lovely with our family. My two sons got given teddies. We had chocolates in the room with a note. The room was lovely very clean, great views of the planes taking off. Get as next to tube to get into London was good. The price was amazing for a weekend
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Travelled with 7 month old daughter alone, very helpful friendly staff
Disliked: Distance from terminal, and fact that another hotel with same name which I thought I had booked 9

Hotel great - location not...

Liked: The hotel was lovely, the staff great as well!
Disliked: There are 2 hotels of this name! I thought I had booked the other location. It was very confusing booking. This hotel is a taxi ride (£33.00) from the airport.

Liked: Staff and design of hotel was nice
Disliked: Queen room had a small bed (not a queen bed) restuarant expensive.
