staying for just one day...

Liked: The location is amazing if you book a room for one day because it’s close to the airport. Before I booked the room, I thought the sound of planes would be noisy, but the truth is you won’t hear the sound of planes because the two compounds are isolated
Disliked: The one negative thing that really surprised me, and I’ve never come across it before in my life, even though I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels, is what happened at a Hilton hotel. I didn’t expect that kind of behavior from such a well-known brand.When I went to check in with my friend, I gave them my ID and name, and told them I had booked through Booking.com. They checked and found my reservation, but I have no idea why the receptionist seemed surprised that my friend and I were staying in the same room, even though I booked and paid for a room for two people. She was smiling at her colleague in a weird way, kind of a mocking smile, which didn’t feel right. I only booked one room because I was leaving early in the morning, so booking two rooms wasn’t worth it. Besides, it’s none of her business.As for the hotel itself, it’s great if you’re planning to travel from Heathrow, aside from my issue with the staff.

Liked: That is was clean enough.
Disliked: The bed and pillows were not comfortable at all. Lights didn’t work and our remote control didn’t work nor could we turn the tv on manually.
