Great location and clean

Liked: Great short stay. VERY close to London-Heathrow. You can see the planes take off but don’t hear them at all.

Liked: The location of the hotel and the room was clean
Disliked: Staff were not very helpful Bed was very uncomfortable pillows were terrible which I lost a night sleep Parking which I paid for when it said free parking on ticket.

Liked: Good location for access to Heathrow terminals and city via Hayton Cross station.
