Liked: It was my birthday and I invited 15 family members and friends thinking that I was gonna buy everybody dinner at the hotel when I got there the restaurant was closed and the bar was closed. I went to the front desk and said I would’ve never booked this trip here if I knew everything was gonna be closed and they said it was the responsibility of Booking.com to tell me that They said well we can give you a free money back for tonight and you can go get another hotel where was I gonna get a hotel that fast that had dining so that was very disappointed I wanted my money refunded because I had no knowledge and they said it was up to the third-party which is Booking.com to be responsible in telling me that the restaurant and bar would be closed

Liked: I did not have breakfast because of a bait and switch situation.
Disliked: The breakfast was advertised and was a reason to stay at this Hilton but was not included because of using a third party booking agent.(booking.com) This was not made clear by any website.
