Liked: Well located near the airport with a free shuttle & breakfast! Beautiful exterior with palm trees lining the entrance. Rooms are large, clean & comfortable.

Liked: Airport shuttle to and from the hotel was stellar! Shout out to our driver, Dave - he provided some travel info that we did not yet know on our departure, and his driving is top-notch! Asked for an early check-in, as our flight arrived at 9:30 a.m. - we were in the room at 10:30!! So thankful for the Hilton Garden Inn reviews on booking.com - it was perfect for our stay! Kyle was fabulous in getting us checked-in on Friday, 1/24/2025, and checked out on Saturday, 1/25/2025. The on-site hot made-to-order breakfast was great, and the nightly drink specials at the bar were appreciated! Many bar appetizers to choose from, as well as some great entrees...I had the brisket grilled cheese and fries
Disliked: Sad that we weren't able to get a later checkout, but noon was still later than we thought a regular checkout was at the HGI, so we still left happy! Big group coming in that afternoon & housekeeping works only until 3:00 so we totally understood!

Liked: The staff was very friendly and I appreciated that. When I asked for more coffee for my room it came right away.
Disliked: I would say that the outlets in my room, most of them did not work. I also feel that the carpet being clean is a big deal. Everything else can be clean but if the carpet is dingy it impacts the whole room.
