This hotel exceeded our expectations. I will definitely stay here again.

Liked: Hotel was clean; pool area and outdoor fireplace was so nice; very close to our venue (Pan American Center).
Disliked: Room service ends at 9pm.

Disliked: the comfort level of the bed was awful! I asked for another room but none were available, there was no breakfast which is normal at most of the hotels where I stay.
