This hotel exceeded our expectations. I will definitely stay here again.

Liked: Hotel was clean; pool area and outdoor fireplace was so nice; very close to our venue (Pan American Center).
Disliked: Room service ends at 9pm.

Okay.

Liked: The lobby is beautiful and location is great. The breakfast staff was very helpful and cheerful.
Disliked: The beds are soft and walls are thin. Housekeeping is poor. We asked for a quiet room and they put us by the elevator from where we heard dogs barking at 6am and hear it squeal every time someone went up (it makes a loud grunt). The family above us had a child running around in the evenings but thankfully they were quiet at night. Housekeeping. Despite mentioning at checkin that we want our room cleaned, they didn’t. We were out of towels and after holding for twenty minutes they said they will find staff and get those to us. They never gave us clean towels. We used wet soiled ones. Had it not been for housekeeping and the small sound issues, this hotel would have been excellent. It has potential.

Disliked: The area was a little dirty, like most areas close to the freeway.
