This hotel exceeded our expectations. I will definitely stay here again.

Liked: Hotel was clean; pool area and outdoor fireplace was so nice; very close to our venue (Pan American Center).
Disliked: Room service ends at 9pm.

Clean hotel

Liked: The cleanliness and hospitality was great.
Disliked: I would suggest housekeepers use white erasers in the bathrooms and front desk was a bit rude at one point.

Liked: The beds were comfortable, and the water pressure was good. The bar and swimming pool was a nice amenity to have as well.
Disliked: Being charged extra on my stay and the staff.
