It sucked.

Liked: Front desk staff were amazing, they were very nice and helpful.
Disliked: Bedding was dirty, air conditioning made a loud noise that came out of the vent, several times I had to walk down to the lobby to get my keys replaced because it didn't work, and housing keeping is rolling their carts up and down the halls very early at 7am. Some people still are sleeping at 8am.

Exceptional

Disliked: The breakfast was not free

Liked: The beds were super comfortable
Disliked: The staff however was very rude, and we were charged for everything. Even when we paid for breakfast to be includedc early and late check in.

Disliked: There was really nothing I didn't like. This was my second stay and I wished I had booked the suite

Would not stay again

Liked: Location. Cleanliness
Disliked: Did not get the room I booked. I was given an adjoining room with 2 queens and not the king room I booked. It was extremely loud. I could hear every single thing anyone did or said in the room next door. Clear as day. Couldn’t sleep because of their tv and music and talking. Also, the website said they provide room service. They do not. I was very disappointed in that.
