Liked: The property was decorated for Christmas and right off the highway, really didn’t put us out much time wise.
Disliked: I wish breakfast was a little earlier for those that are trying to leave first thing in the morning

Disliked: Housekeeping could have been slightly more zealous in cleaning.

For the price, I expected...

Liked: Attractive facility
Disliked: Restaurant was next to the hotel entrance and when guests arrived for check in, the draft that entered the space was chilling. Dining experience was marginal. Food was prepackaged and flash frozen. Bed sheets were itchy to lay on and there was hair in the shower from a previous guest. It was attached to the shower curtain.

Location is great for game...

Liked: It’s perfect for game days.
Disliked: We could not check into our room till after 5pm. Had to go up 3 times before I was offered a call when my room was ready.

Bad

Disliked: Had our induced labor pushed back a day for an emergency delivery, had to request a date change and the hotel never responded at all. Luckily I called them because they were booked up and we would have been screwed.
