Liked: Very clean and bright. There’s a small bar open until 10 and food available until 9:30. There is a self serve snack vending area. Breakfast available in the morning.The room was spacious and very clean.

Disappointing Mobility Situation

Liked: The room was clean and the beds comfortable and suitable amenities were supplied. However there were 2 bottles of water with labels that said they were complimentary but ONLY if you were a Hilton rewards member. Otherwise we would be charged $3. For a 12 Oz bottle of water.
Disliked: I paid for an accessible room but it wasn’t accessible. While there were bars on the walls, I need a walk-in shower but this room had an ordinary tub. So I was unable to shower.The pool and gym were closed- under renovation. Letting me know at check-in was not helpful.

Disliked: Bar closed early. Hallway was underconstruction. Pool closed. Elevator was inconsistent. Staff was unfriendly

Disliked: Hook in bathroom for towels more soap

Liked: The room was large and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The lobby was large, bright and had several spaces for different activities, from a restaurant, to seating nooks to a large table to sit for computer work.
Disliked: The property is under renovation and the pool and exercise facilities were not available. But I would not have had time to use those thing, anyways.
