Disliked: Check out was 11. At 8:30 housekeeping was knocking on our door trying to get us to leave so they could clean the room

Disliked: I couldn’t believe that we were charged for breakfast. For the price of room, breakfast should have been included. $15 per person for sub par breakfast was insane!

Liked: I have been traveling a lot up and down the east coast for my son, and this was a pleasant surprise because most hotels that I’ve stayed on along these big routes have not been so great; old, dated ,musty. It started at check-in. It was such a pleasant experience and I was exhausted, the rooms were great, comfortable,clean, good size. Breakfast available in the morning K-cups in the room…big bonus. I’m gonna stay there on my way back as well.

Beautiful clean facility very comfortable...

Liked: The property is quite beautiful. It’s the perfect location right off the interstate gas station just down the road. You can fill up and get right back on.
Disliked: When I entered the property, we had been driving for 14 hours. I came in and the front desk person and I were casually talking. I mentioned that I was caught up in a lot of traffic and thought it might be due to Thanksgiving. The front desk person informed me that being an indigenous person they did not celebrate Thanksgiving, what does that have to do with anything several of the staff were very rude and not helpful. We paid $15 each for breakfast when I walked up to the girl and ask her how everything worked because we never eaten at a place like that before we just sit down did we wait did we go up and get our food. She acted like I was bothering her.

Liked: The staff was welcoming and friendly.
Disliked: I did not like that the thermostat in my room was automated and I was unable to change the temperature. It was 73 degrees in my room in the middle of the night and I couldn’t sleep!
