We will stay again when we attend an event at Longwood Gardens, because of the hospitality of the employees. There were a few minor problems with the room but again, because of the thoughtfulness, helpfulness and great attitude of the employees we enjoyed our stay.

Disliked: Was not as nice particularly front desk personnel with the sole exception of Marco who was excellent as the last time we stayed there a couple of years ago

Liked: location is good.
Disliked: The air conditioner was too loud and the sound insulation was not good. You could hear people talking in the hallway and cars outside. The elevator was slow and old. There were only two bottles of water in a room. The conditioner bottle was empty. There was not enough hot water for the shower in the morning.

Aggravating. Unfortunately will avoid Hiltons...

Disliked: Added $ 100 to bill on check in - in case of damages ???? Said they accept dogs in rooms. I said “ we don’t have a dog” said standard procedure. Would be taken off bill on discharge - after inspecting on line bill - not only was it still on , there was an $85 fee for a room upgrade. Original room had heavy disinfectant smell , was on opposite wall of ice machine & right near elevator. Room was changed for a duplicate room. That $85 was taken off - manager said it was a mistake. Still have 100 fee on it. Stayed in many Hiltons. Never had this experience.

Disliked: We were disappointed breakfast was not included in with the cost of the room. Rare in our travels that we have encountered this.

Liked: I was confused by the breakfast. I was told at check in that there was complimentary items in the morning or we could pay for "a la carte" if we chose. We grabbed a bagel and coffee and then had someone come up to our table and ask our room number so they could charge us he $16.95 per meal. I went to the front and explained what we ate and we were charged $2.00 for each bagel - had i not said anything, I'd have been charged $16.95 each. It was confusing and not worth any of it.
Disliked: The communication around how the breakfast worked. Most places I stay have complimentary breakfast items, so to see they charge $16.95 was crazy expensive.
