Skip this place!

Liked: Location convenient
Disliked: Fire alarm woke us up 2 nts in a row. Front desk claimed it was a moisture problem with the hotel. Room was a little shabby. Overall, hotel needed to be renovated.

Too expensive. Would never stay...

Liked: Ok
Disliked: Property was not kept up well, at all! Things were just run down, rotted or rusted & old-fashioned! I even found a small cockroach coming down the wall close to the TV when we first checked in!

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: It has the constant smell of ‘low tide’. The beach is dirty. The front of house staff were rude, unhelpful and had no time for customers, they were usually too busy chatting amongst themselves. They were also unhelpful when presented with problems. The cleaning staff were very friendly and pleasant though. You also have to pay $25 a day for parking.

Wouldn’t recommend

Disliked: Poor room service. Room wasn’t vacuumed. Needed to have coffee machine changed twice. Half of water bottles couldn’t twist open. Reported to front desk about sink water stop not working in morning but when returned to room, it wasn’t fixed and had to call front desk to report problem again.

Disappointed and over priced

Liked: Had a cute outdoor bar.
Disliked: Property is pretty worn and in need of a face lift. Definitely below standards and makes me hesitant to book at Hilton gardens. We stayed at a neighboring hotel the night before for less money and much nicer. As I mentioned I will be Very hesitant to book at any Hilton gardens in the future.
