Loved this place. Will stay...

Liked: Staff was amazing and helpful! Check in staff helped us get an earlier shuttle to the airport. The shuttle driver came in an hour early for his work shift to help us. They both went beyond their normal responsibilities to assist us! We appreciated their help!!The hotel was clean and our room was spacious. Old Chicago restaurant was attached to the hotel so we didn’t have to uber anyplace. We will stay here for all our upcoming departures.

Excellent airport hotel.

Liked: Clean, modern, easy access to airport. Has a good restaurant bar on site. Easy easy easy,
Disliked: Wish they’d give you complimentary water on arrival, especially Hilton members.
