Exceptional

I will not be going...

Liked: Location and on-site food/bar. outdoor patio options. coffee at entry. employees are very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Cleanliness. The Kerig machine was dirty where you deposit water, so I was not able to get my morning coffee. Room and bathroom was not clean. Floor, bedding, sofa, bathroom all had issues of cleanliness. and the windows had a milky film on them so looking outside was not even enjoyable. In my opinion, this should never have the name Hilton on it. Outdated, not clean, an the TV being as small and old as it is... seriously?? Photos attached are upon my first visit to the room and after room service, it still was not picked up or cleaned. I wish I took more photos.

Good location

Liked: The location and ease of the facility
Disliked: Not very clean. Beds were very uncomfortable the sheets were wrinkled not questionable if they were changed prior our arrival

It served its purpose

Liked: Didn't have breakfast. Unclear if it was included in room rate
Disliked: Had flashing strobing light in bathroom. Reported it and it was not changes or fixed

Needs renovated and updates

Liked: The staff was friendly, and the breakfast staff were very nice and made a custom breakfast to order.
Disliked: The rooms were very outdated, room didn't have curtains. The floor was old and stained. The internet was out one night and they couldn't fix it.

No food delivery at 10:30

Liked: Staff
Disliked: The beds were too soft and lumpy.

Disappointing

Disliked: i did not like that the room was not redy or stocked correctly. thered was no tissues, conditioner, a controll for tv was not working. the tv when we got there was on. the pool was closed. there was no signage for that.

Adequate

Liked: Proximity to Chicago was nice and easy to find
Disliked: At 7:30 the breakfast food was gone

Convenient location for our weekend...

Liked: We were happily surprised to get an affordable, HOT breakfast each morning. The wait staff all three mornings was very pleasant and the food truly was great. But you need to offer iced tea as an option. When I requested it all 3 mornings, I was told it is offered on the menu.
Disliked: Although there was a notice that our room would get 'cleaned' every other day, (checked in Friday and out Monday), that did not happen. Sunday morning I stopped at front desk to request bath towels & coffee to be replenished - that also did not happen. I had to go to front desk to ask for them. There are also not near enough pillow in the rooms. the pillows are thin and cheap and not enough for an adult.
