Liked: Good breakfast and friendly staff.
Disliked: I had booked a king size bed (deluxe) and by the time I checked in, the room was given away. The manager reduced the price of the room (without me asking) and gave us free breakfast vouchers).

Liked: My daughter and I were there to visit western Michigan and Kalamazoo colleges, we wanted to walk the downtown area for dinner but did not do that because we didn't feel safe outside of the hotel.
Disliked: we did not feel safe outside of the hotel.
