Liked: We didn't get the room we wanted

Liked: Based on previous reviews, I did not have much hope for the breakfast but we were very happy with the quality and the people working there. Everyone we encountered in the restaurant and in the morning at the desk was pleasant and helpful. The workout area was very nice!
Disliked: The two men working the front desk both evenings were not friendly- not once when any of our rooms walked by did we get a greeting. More of an issue though was the fact that they still don't have a system for guests that purchase breakfast in their room rate. I think it is a VERY shady business practice and instead of creating something like a voucher system to charge off- they leave it up to the guest to discover and dispute the charge. For this reason alone, I would not stay here or recommend it to anyone- there is just something about a business that knowingly continues to at best, inconvenience and at worst, double charge its guests that makes me say no thank you!

Liked: Everything! This was our 3rd time staying on our way back from children’s hospital in Boston. This time we arrived during a big snow storm the man working front desk told me to stay parked by the door until I got the kiddo and everything in, nothing was open for dinner the restaurant was suppose to close in 10 mins he asked if they could take my order before closing since we couldn’t eat yet. This place goes above and makes sure you are taken care of!
Disliked: Enjoy everything!
