Liked: Everything! This was our 3rd time staying on our way back from children’s hospital in Boston. This time we arrived during a big snow storm the man working front desk told me to stay parked by the door until I got the kiddo and everything in, nothing was open for dinner the restaurant was suppose to close in 10 mins he asked if they could take my order before closing since we couldn’t eat yet. This place goes above and makes sure you are taken care of!
Disliked: Enjoy everything!

Overall a great experience!

Liked: The weather was really cold and I was happy I didn’t have to go out for a meal. I was able to go downstairs to the restaurant and order food. The food was great, staff was so nice.
Disliked: There is an incidental fee of $50/night that I was not made aware of until I checked in. So it was my room price plus an extra $150. I understand the reason for the fee, I just like to know exactly what I have to pay when I booked the room, no surprises.
