Overall, no complaints & I...

Liked: Breakfast area was in a good location & clean.
Disliked: From previous stay I knew to prepay for the breakfast. The menu could be improved by adding bananas & other yogurt flavors. Plain yogurt is all that is offered. Not all but some of the staff in the breakfast area have been timid & appear afraid to offer much hospitality.

Liked: Restaurant closed
Disliked: Restaurant closed/room did not appear to be vacuumed/bathroom shower did not appear really clean…grout discolored in some corners of shower/overall room didn’t have a clean fresh smell

It was a decent stay...

Disliked: Staff was not very friendly! I paid extra for breakfast but y’all don’t even serve breakfast

Will not be back to...

Liked: We were told the person cooking breakfast was not there so we had to leave and get breakfast.
Disliked: There were signs in the elevators about come have a drink with use but there was not drinks at the bar. And I just looked at my bank statement that I was charged $10 for only returning 1 key when that was all we received from the lady at the front. We will stay again. Hilton is supposed to be better than this.
