MY STAY WAS GOOD AND...

Liked: I DID NOT HAVE BREAKFAST. HOWEVER, I WAITED 30 MINUTES FOR A CHICKEN CAESAR SALAD ONE EVENING AND THERE WAS MAYBE ONE PERSON IN FRONT OF ME. THE SALAD WAS GOOD, BUT THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. YOU COULD DO A WHOLE LOT BETTER WITH A BETTER KITCHEN STAFF.
Disliked: THE SLOW SERVICE.THE HIGH PRICE OF THE FOOD AND SNACKS. THE HOTEL CHECK-IN PERSON WAS ALSO SLOW.

Liked: I enjoyed my overall stay at the Hilton Tia was absolutely amazing during our time for breakfast! Very attentive to us and our kids! Counter staff was equally great and took great care of us
Disliked: Booking.com gave some problems to the point that we had to pay extra money for the complementary breakfast. it seemed a but unfair but policy is policy and the staff handled explaining it to me well! Nonetheless I would book here multiple times and have found a nice hotel home for a while. Regardless of the hiccup that had nothing to do with this property.

Liked: The room was so nice and comfortable. The bed and pillows were so comfortable . A perfect shower head and great water pressure
Disliked: The downstairs bathroom by the conference room we were in did not smell good it smelled like sewer. The coffee pods in the room just weren’t very good quality coffee.

Poor

Disliked: Very dirty hotel. No mgmt., could not sleep on a hard lumpy bed with filthy unswept carpet.

Disliked: That the property didn't have a whirlpool, jetted tub as stated that it was and was totally disappointed because I paid for it and to come the road from work and not have that tub which the customer service representative said there were no rooms with such at all, but I reserved it for that specifically, the site should be updated with the knowledge of what they are actually promoting
