Disliked: Staff seems to not know what they’re doing. Over charged my card for an incidental hold for $800 for a one night stay. Wasn’t going to tell me because she was “going to fix it before I noticed”

Disliked: Stolen AirPods by house keepers. We were made to feel like we lost them at a tailgate when in fact I know they were left in the room before leaving for game day. Why would anyone at our tailgate take these when it is all friends/family we know.? We knew exactly where the AirPods were located due to find my phone. After management interviewed employees, who all said they did not see them, the AirPods were showing a location of middle of the road. Long story short, our college kid went to look for them based on location and they were thrown into the sewer system. Ironic, don’t you think. Be careful staying here. Or at least protect your valuables. We will not stay here again. And we are in Iowa City a lot!

Liked: Location was convenient. Loved the shower. Water made my hair very soft and had good water pressure and was nice and warm.
Disliked: The only thing I didn't like was that the snacks didn't have prices displayed, then the cashier asked if I wanted to put it on my room. I said yes, and she never told me the price. This happened twice. The 3rd time I decided to pay cash so i could know how much it is, and it was $19. I later saw on my statement the prior 2 times it was $34 and $37 and it seemed I purchased about the same amount of snacks. This made me feel I was paying more when the price wasn't shared. I think this process should be better communicated. We should be told the price so it all is honest and communicated.
