The Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Indy is a very nice place to stay. All the staff and valet really took good care of us. The location is so close to many restaurants and shopping.

Liked: All of the staff are very friendly and most accommodating.
Disliked: None.

Great hotel; perfect location and everyone we encountered was so friendly and helpful. Very clean rooms; comfortable beds; great breakfast which you paid for but a nice selection. Husband had a delicious waffle and I had a great veggie omelette. We came with another couple and wanted to play cards but didn't have a deck. Went to the little food shop in the lobby to buy one and the concierge gave them to us for free. Walked to the Weber Grill for a delicious dinner and to Gainbridge Fieldhouse for an Eagles concert. Would absolutely stay here again!

Also it was Mothers Day and there was no mention of that - no special perk for moms (like maybe a smile and a carnation). It was a disappointment, especially for the price.

Liked: The location.
Disliked: Nothing impressive about the rooms. The hotel was under construction. There were messes everywhere and no discounted rate. The pool area was dirty. Used towels and cups were lying all over the floor. You must pay to use the parking garage.

We'll be back!

Disliked: Coffee maker didn't work:( Would have enjoyed a nice hot cup of joe.

We came in to see Hall and Oates at The Murat Theatre. This hotel was a great continuation of the historic feel of our weekend. It was an amazing show and the hotel was the same. Room was clean and very large. Very clean! Staff very helpful. We didn't eat in the hotel, but we have no complaints other then parking. If you can spend the $25 for Valet parking, I suggest that you use it. We paid $20 to park in the garage and had to carry our stuff to the hotel and make multi trips.

Liked: Great stay. Hotel is beautiful! We loved the decor and the historic feel of the hotel. The staff was great and very helpful if we needed anything.
Disliked: Parking was hard to find - we drove around a bit trying to find the hotel parking garage, but there is not one.
