Liked: The staff was great, the breakfast was good. A little expensive, but good. The room was a good size and bed was comfy.
Disliked: My room was infested with lady bugs. They were everywhere. At least it was lady bugs and not roaches or spiders! I included photos, there is only 1 of the ladybugs because it would only let me upload 1 but I have several and video going around the room. All over the walls, ceiling, bathroom, all over the window. There was a huge black screw on the carpet that blended in and I almost stepped in it in bare feet. I was there 2 days and every morning I woke up there was ants all over the bathroom. Covering the sink, the walls, and the last day was all over my toothbrush. And yes I did tell someone about all this while I was there. And even showed pictures and handed a staff member at check in the huge black screw I almost stepped on. All I got about all of it was I'm sorry and when I said something about the ants, she said eww that's gross. And that's all. Nothing else. It was the little sugar ants but they were all over and I really don't want any bugs at all on my personal hygiene stuff. The blinds are controlled by a switch on the wall, which didn't work, so I could not open the blinds at all and there are black out blinds so I couldn't let any outside light in at all and the room is pretty dim.
