It was a nice hotel...

Liked: Room was nice, bed was comfortable. Lobby and grounds were nice.
Disliked: Breakfast was included in the price we paid but staff said it wasn't in their system and attempted to ignore it. Then said she'd speak to the manager and I could ask in the morning. We were given a continental breakfast voucher for 1 day. The choices were very limited and the kitchen was closed for breakfast on the weekdays. Also the continental breakfast was $10 per a person otherwise and definitely not worth it. We chose not to debate the issue of the free breakfast and purchased breakfast on the weekend in their restaurant.

Disappointing

Disliked: A staff member was very rude & argued with me after putting me in a handicap room.

Nice hotel and will use...

Liked: Included breakfast was great. The rooms were clean as well.
Disliked: I wonder why staff at the front desk said the breakfast was not included initially and later accepted my explanation with a screenshot of my online booking.
