Why does a lady with...

Liked: Checkin was smooth. Parking was ample. 3 elevators is helpful. Room was nice - a bit small. Bed was good. TV was great. WIFI option good. DoorDash allowed to the room.
Disliked: Housekeeping banging on the door at 7:45am. This is the medical center! People need to sleep!! I was already awake, but I was not up for going to the door. I shouted out and they kept knocking so had to answer the door in pjs. NEVER good. This def affects my rating, no matter the other part of the experience. You failed me here.

we like to stay here...

Liked: Breakfast was good. It was stressful because I paid for breakfast at booking and the restaurant still presented a bill which had to be corrected.
Disliked: toilet in next door room ran all night and interrupted sleep.

Dog friendly hotel close to...

Liked: Dog friendly is an understatement. This is a perfect place to book if you’re traveling with your pet. They have a dog run and lots of space to walk your pet.
Disliked: The garage is not attached so when it rains you have to make a run for the hotel. Don’t count on parking outside the garage. There is only one space - the rest are for checkin only so you have to move your car.

Liked: Rooms, Parking, Lobby, Dining/Bar Area, Waitresses, water bottles on arrival, zero products
Disliked: 1 elevator was down. Alarm clock in room set to 5 AM. Couldn’t figure out how to turn it off or reset it. Unplugged it, and it still went off the second morning.
