Good hotel and location

Liked: Good wifi, only 15$ parking in secured garage attached is cheaper than other places. Easy to access location to medical centers. Clean and quiet rooms
Disliked: Breakfast was expensive for a very simple and disappointing buffet. Paid a la cart breakfast was limited and not appealing

Comfortable, clean, and peaceful.

Liked: The cleanliness of the room was top tier for me. The shower was modern, clean and the water pressure and temperature was just right. I was able to select my own room, and it was also in the perfect spot. The housekeeping staff didn't pressure us like most hotels probably unintentionally do. We kept a sign on the door for no service and they respected that throughout our stay. Our digital key worked properly and we didn't have any issues overall.
Disliked: I can't say there was anything we didn't like. We had no problems with our hotel accommodations.

Awesome location, facilities and staff!

Liked: We come in for medical appointments at Memorial Hermann. The location of this hotel is perfect! It is well kept and newer. Any issues we have had have been taken care of easily and promptly. We have stayed 3 times now and love it.
Disliked: There isn't a spa at the pool and the breakfast is way overpriced, but that is not a reason not to stay. I can't really think of anything else negative.
