Day was good, but the...

Liked: I have stayed here before, so I knew it was a clean comfortable place to stay
Disliked: The property charged me on top of my booking, which has already been paid prior to my stay. The property has charged me on top of my already paid booking and has made it difficult for me to receive a refund. Suggesting it is default of booking.com. I reached out to booking, and there is no issue. I cannot seem to retrieve the money additionally charged by Hilton.
