Liked: Room was good.
Disliked: Pool was dirty. Check in not at desk. No manager on property. Did not know we had to pay for breakfast. Chef had attitude, short of staff. Dinner served one at time. One guest was served 20 minutes others. Last person got her grilled cheese after everyone done.

Liked: Amidy checked us in after a long overseas flight. kind, courteous and efficient! got us our rooms quickly. We ate in the dining room. all good and next morning excellent breakfast. I travel a lot and this hotel is my go to for Houston! thank you so much!
