Convenient minutes from Houston Hobby

Liked: Close to the airport and has fast and easy shuttle. Has what we needed for the night.
Disliked: Would love for some breakfast to have been included, but I knew it wasn’t when I booked it.

Liked: The room was OK. Blackout curtains didn’t work in either room. Hotel old and redone. We stay for the great food and drink.
Disliked: The bar and food dropped from 5 stars to 3 stars. Waitress/ bartender was her usual 10. Food was not great and bar had no white wine, no tonic. Not being stocked in a timely manner.

Liked: Like the customer service. Fast and helpful . Courteous. Also like the fact that the hotel make food available for customers at a reasonable price.
Disliked: Some bad smell from the bathroom when I first opened the door . Otherwise everything else was good.

Disliked: Staff slow and as friendly as they should be. Except the chef for the breakfast. She was great. I mean the woman behind the food area serving the food.

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff, clean comfortable room. An on demand shuttle service to the airport.
Disliked: Having to pay to park a car on the property even though I was turning it in, in a few hours. The free limit was only 30 minutes but I needed to use it again before returning it to the rental location.
